Products may only be returned for the following reasons:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective or broken.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product delivered has missing parts or is incomplete.
- For clothing, if it doesn’t fit or of the wrong size.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days after receiving the product. For defective or damaged products, a return request should be initiated within 3 days after receiving the product.
- We do not accept “change of mind” or “no longer needed” reasons.
The following conditions must be met for a return & refund to be valid.
- The product must not be used, worn, soiled, stained, washed, scratched, and have any physical damage. It must have all the seals or tags whichever is applicable.
- The product must have original label tags, price tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories whichever is applicable when returned.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging or box which must not be damaged or tampered with.
- The product should be returned with a VAT/ PAN bill (if provided by the vendor).
If the product returned is in unacceptable condition, our field executive has the right to refuse the returned product or it will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds will be processed after the product is returned or picked up and its quality checked. The refund time varies depending on the payment method.
- Bank deposits will take about 4-5 working days.
- Crediting to a Credit card will take a minimum of 10 days.
- Refund to eSewa will take at least 2 days.
